Returns

We want you to love your Little Viper goodies. If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at littleviperco@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address. We can't accept items sent back without contacting us first.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send anything back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get something different is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show it.
